About the Role

Site Project Engineer

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices. As a Site Project Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all quality-related activities are carried out in accordance with Siemens Energy's standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with Siemens Energy's quality standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that quality requirements are met and that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on quality-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Inspection and Finding Reports (IFRs).
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
  • Experience in a similar role or in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
