Graduate Program OverviewOur Graduate Program is designed to support early career nurses and midwives in their transition to clinical practice. The program offers a comprehensive and individually tailored approach, with a focus on developing clinical skills and knowledge.

To be eligible for our Graduate Program, you must:
- Have Australian working rights
- Have completed a relevant nursing or midwifery course within the last 6 months or be anticipated to complete at least one month prior to commencing with us
- Be willing to commit to a minimum of 30 hours/week, including rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
