Site Quality Assurance Engineer

Siemens Energy is seeking a highly skilled Site Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Australia, Queensland, Bowen Hills, QLD.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in project delivery, maintaining a QA system aligned with Siemens Energy standards, and identifying and rectifying quality shortfalls.

Key Responsibilities:- To ensure full understanding of Siemens Energy and project contractual quality requirements;
- To protect Siemens Energy's interests by maintaining a QA system and records aligned with Siemens Energy standards and customer contract specifications;
- To support project delivery to customer satisfaction and Siemens Energy contractual position by identifying and seeking rectification of quality shortfalls;
- To ensure full compliance with customer contracts and Siemens Energy standards;
- To identify and mitigate potential quality risks;
- To maintain accurate records of quality activities and outcomes.
- To foster positive relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams;
- To communicate effectively with all levels of the organization;
- To collaborate closely with customer representatives on quality matters.
- To compile documentation required for final outage reports within specified deadlines;
- To review close-out ITPs and IFRs to ensure completeness and accuracy;
- To update ITP or procedure templates with lessons learned from outages.
- To complete quality documentation accurately and efficiently;
- To ensure non-conformances and QIS incidents are minimized;
- To continuously improve site processes and procedures.
- To lead by example in providing a safe work environment;
- To assist the Safety & Environmental Officer as required;
- To promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental awareness.
- To report to work in a 'Fit for Duty' status;
- To perform duties associated with this position without compromise.
Based on industry standards and location, the estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus benefits.
