As a Personal Care Worker, you will be committed to helping older Victorians live their best lives by providing person-centred care that is tailored to their individual needs. Each day presents an opportunity to connect with our residents, build meaningful relationships, and make a positive impact on their lives.

You will be responsible for delivering empathy, support, and companionship to our residents through daily living activities, assisting with meal services, and engaging them in inclusive activities and day programs. Our deeply held values guide our approach, ensuring a respectful and collaborative environment where our teams can thrive.

This permanent part-time position as a Personal Care Worker is based at our Eaglehawk home in California Gully VIC. The home has 67 wonderful residents who value your contribution, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with them to connect, share stories, and show empathy.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completed Cert III/IV in Ageing & Individual Support or a related qualification
  • A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Respect for all individuals, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
