Job Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team in delivering exceptional care and support to residents.

We are committed to providing complex care needs and creating meaningful connections that improve residents' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting residents with personal care, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and activities of daily living
  • Providing meal assistance and engaging residents in chores and activities
  • Supporting residents in achieving restful sleep
  • Offering compassionate support to residents
  • Excellent communication skills

Requirements:

  • Caring and passionate personal care workers who are self-motivated, reliable, and pride themselves on delivering excellent care and support
  • A current Police Check (or willing to obtain)
  • A Covid-19 Vaccine, 3 doses (or willing to obtain)
  • A Flu Vaccination within 12 months (or willingness to obtain)
  • Relevant qualifications - Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker screening (or willing to obtain)
