We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Associate.

The Role:
  • SUPPORT PRODUCT MARKETING INITIATIVES: Support the implementation of marketing strategies for our annual plans, including planning for customer events, roadshows, trade shows, and product launches.
  • COLLABORATE WITH PRODUCT MANAGERS: Work closely with Product Managers in Joint Replacement to gain exposure to all aspects of product marketing and contribute to projects that drive business outcomes.
  • Demand Planning: Provide portfolio/market insights to the Demand planners based on feedback from the field.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science, Health Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Possess a passion for Orthopaedics and Arthroplasty, healthcare, and improving patient outcomes.
  • A driven learner who is eager to grow and make an impact.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams.
  • A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
