Job Opportunity in Steel Recycling

We are currently seeking skilled yard forklift operators to join our team.

This role is based in a Steel Recycling yard and involves operating plant equipment on a day shift schedule with regular overtime available.

Working outdoors, you must be prepared to work in all weather conditions.

  • Operate Forklift
  • Sorting metals Weighing and recording
  • Loading and Unloading trucks
  • Work safely to WHS standards
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating forklifts in various environments including recycling yards or the steel industry
  • Displaying initiative and a positive attitude towards teamwork
  • Hold an LF Forklift license and possess at least 2 years of experience
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Pass a full medical examination prior to commencing employment

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
