Work sites located in Northern Suburbs ( Salisbury & Pooraka )

Day shift - 5.30am - 1.36pm

Yard Forklift Operator

Key Duties :

  • Forklift Operation
  • Working under and around overhead crane and general operation in a high traffic site
  • Movement and load work with various product of up to 12 metre lengths , metal coils and heavy items
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • General warehouse / Housekeeping duties that may include manual handling.
  • Radio use

About you

Forklift Licence ( Essential )Overhead / Gantry crane RII / Licence ( Highly regarded )Proven Forklift experience -any exposure to heavy and wide loads , skills in high reach and counter balance will be highly regardedLoad Restraint experience - including strap and / or ratchet experience highly regardedStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work quickly and efficiently in a physically demanding. environment.Commitment to workplace health and safety.
