Chandler Macleod are seeking experienced yard forklift operators for roles in Chipping Norton operating a range of plant equipment.

This position is day shift working in a Steel Recycling yard for one of Australia's largest producers of Steel.

Regular daily and Saturday overtime available. Shifts generally are commencing at 6:30 am and finish at 4pm.

Being outdoors you need to be prepared to work in all weather conditions, these role are very different from working in a warehouse environment.

Tasks will include:

- Operate Forklift
- Sorting metals Weighing and recording
- Loading and Unloading trucks
- Work safely to WHS standards
- Work unsupervised

Ideally we are looking for someone who:

- Has experience operating forklifts in various environments including a recycling yard or with the Steel Industry
- Shows initiative and enjoys a team environment
- Has an LF Forklift license and at least 2 years experience
- Be reliable
