Job Description

The On-Site Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a client's facility. This includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing staff performance and providing coaching to improve productivity
  • Conducting new hire orientations and onboarding processes
  • Creating and maintaining reports on attendance, performance, and turnover
  • Investigating injuries and employee incidents
  • Assisting with recruiting efforts when needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Prior experience in warehouse management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products, with emphasis on Excel
  • Flexibility to accommodate scheduling changes and business needs
  • Previous experience in the light industrial industry
  • High energy and positive team-focused attitude
  • Sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
