The role of an On-Site Program Manager involves nurturing relationships and meeting client needs by working onsite at their facilities.
Key responsibilities include monitoring associate work performance through daily walkthroughs, conducting new hire orientations, and coaching employees on performance improvement and reducing turnover.
This position requires creating and maintaining multiple daily and weekly reports using Excel, as well as conducting injury and employee investigations as required.

Essential Qualifications:- Prior warehouse management experience is essential for this role.
