Program Management Position

Abacus Staffing seeks a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Duties:
  • Work onsite at clients' facilities, nurturing relationships and ensuring all needs are met.
  • Monitor associates' work performance through regular site visits.
  • Conduct new hire orientations, onboard candidates, and check employees at the beginning of their shift.
  • Coach employees on performance improvement and work to decrease turnover.
  • Create and maintain daily and weekly reports, utilizing Excel.
  • Investigate injuries and employee issues as required.
  • Support recruiting efforts when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in warehouse management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products, emphasis on Excel.
  • Flexibility to accommodate scheduling changes and business needs.
  • Previous experience in the light industrial industry.
  • High energy with a positive team-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required.
