Active Living Support Worker">

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Active Living Options team. Our popular programs provide exciting group experiences for customers aged 6 to 65. Programs run from 9am - 3pm Monday to Thursday and Fridays 9am-1pm, with no weekends or shift work.

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by assisting them to achieve their personal goals and aspirations. This may include:

  • Supporting customers to participate in local community activities
  • Providing personal care and health services as needed
  • Assisting customers with exercise and community experiences

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Home and Community Care/Disability is required (or currently undertaking studying), along with at least two years of experience in a support worker position (or similar).
