Role Expectations

In collaboration with the centre-based team, you will:

  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community
  • Document children's learning and development progress
  • Actively contribute to the implementation of our centre curriculum

Ideal Candidate Profile

Seeking someone with:

  • Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification
  • Good understanding of the Early Years Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Understanding or willingness to learn the Reggio Emilia philosophy

Requirements for Success

  • Evidence of Australian working rights held
  • Current Working With Children Check clearance required
  • First Aid Certificate including CPR & A&A
  • Evidence of qualifications and any relevant professional education registrations held
  • Completion of the Pre-Existing Injury Declaration form submitted
