Mobile Service Technician Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Mobile Service Technician.
As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field service and repair work to customers in various locations within Strathpine and surrounding areas.
You will provide solutions to customers, build relationships, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Our Service Centre is based in Strathpine and we will provide you with a vehicle, as well as comprehensive product and job training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on plant and machinery;
- Providing excellent customer service and support;
- Working effectively in a team environment;
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of products and services;
- Meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks efficiently;
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- A trade qualification or relevant experience in Fitting/Mechanical Background and/or Hydraulics;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to operate machinery and use tools accurately;
- Good numeracy, verbal, and written skills;
- A strong work ethic and pride in workmanship;
- Desire to be a team player;
- Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and problem-solve;
- An understanding of OHS and Safe Work Practices;
- A current Manual Driver's Licence.
