**Job Title:** Disability Support Worker

Are you a caring and dedicated individual looking for a meaningful role where you can make a positive impact in someone's life?

We are seeking a support worker to assist an individual with Cerebral Palsy in Ballarat.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with disabilities, be confident in building confidence in social settings, and possess excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support for community access
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Assist with building confidence in social settings

**Requirements:

  • Experience working with people with disabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Working Conditions:

  • Shifts will be primarily Tuesday 12:30pm-6pm and Friday 1pm-4pm

**Certifications and Qualifications:

  • Certificate I - IV (preferred)
  • Working with Children Check (required)
  • First Aid Certification (required)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
  • National Police Certificate (required)
  • Driver Licence (required)

**Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (required)
