About The Role

As an experienced payroll professional, you will work closely with the audit manager to ensure accurate, compliant and efficient payroll operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the audit process and review payroll records to identify discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance with Fair Work and ATO requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge of payroll legislation.
  • Experience in payroll audits or large-scale payroll processing.
  • Proficient in systems such as SAP, MYOB, Xero or ADP.
  • Strong attention to detail, effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to support others within a payroll team.
