Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage event inquiries with professionalism
  • Create tailored proposals and quotes for clients
  • Build relationships with repeat and high-value clients
  • Collaborate on sales campaigns and lead generation
Administration Tasks:
  • Maintain bookings and event calendars
  • Coordinate contracts and payment schedules
  • Liaise with venue teams and suppliers
About You:
  • Proficient in CRMs and Microsoft/Google Office Suites
  • 3+ years in event sales or hospitality operations
