Product Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our accessory category strategy in Company Owned Stores. This includes the development, commercialization, and launch of new products, as well as the optimization of our existing range.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage stock management processes to ensure efficient product implementation
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to identify new product opportunities
  • Manage SKUs and pricing for local markets
  • Review products and suppliers, recommending changes to increase sales, profitability, stock turns, and GMROI
  • Implement new products and line extensions to drive sales growth
  • Develop promotional calendars and range communications
  • Work with supply chain and procurement teams to manage supplier relationships
  • Contribute to business financial targets of EBIT, market share, and profitability

This is a dynamic role that requires strong project management, financial acumen, and experience managing complex portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or a similar field with a focus on marketing, and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
