About This Position
  • Maintain accurate records in logistics systems to support operational planning by ensuring data is up-to-date and meets operational needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues and working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet customer agreements and business targets.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, including NHVR, customs and biosecurity requirements, to maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Support purchasing and planning tasks to align with customer agreements and business targets, providing timely updates to meet internal and external reporting requirements.

This position requires a strong focus on customer service, excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC). Experience using TMS or other freight and cargo management systems is also essential.
