
Clinical Quality Assurance Specialist

The Clinical Quality and Compliance Officer plays a pivotal role within our Operational Quality and Compliance team. This position requires a Registered Nurse with current Registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency to deliver our organisational quality and compliance program, meeting the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities- Utilise clinical skills to oversee quality and compliance initiatives
- Conduct clinical audits and implement improvements
- Develop strong interpersonal relationships and conflict resolution strategies
- Prepare reports and communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
- Prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
- Operate computer systems proficiently, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ensure understanding of Aged Care Act and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Substantial experience in Aged Care industry, preferably in quality or similar roles
- Demonstrated experience in clinical auditing
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently
- Proficiency in computer software and systems
- Knowledge of relevant legislations and standards
