Job Overview

Cogstate is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Clinical Operations Coordinator to support the operational delivery of contracted services in a Clinical Trial. Responsibilities include Rater Training and Monitoring, Clinician Network Management, Data Management, and Scale Management. The role requires extensive written interactions in English and Mandarin, documentation and reporting on service delivery progress, and customer service support in both languages.

The daily workload will fluctuate across the trial life cycle, and the coordinator will be cross-trained to support multiple functional areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with study teams across functional areas to manage workload and support coordinator duties.
  • Process clinician/rater forms and document data via status trackers and training systems.
  • Review and process clinician/rater surveys and deploy LMS training modules.
  • Schedule 1:1 training video conferences between site raters and Cogstate Rater Services staff.
  • Manage hardware shipment scheduling and documentation.
  • Update status trackers in real time, handle high-volume email correspondence, and communicate status updates to clinicians/raters; file electronic records.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clinician/rater support questions.
  • Coordinate with site coordinators at clinical settings and support study-related activities and communications.
  • Interact with CRAs during site monitoring activities.
  • Provide customer service and translations from English to Mandarin and vice versa when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of related experience.
  • Previous project management or administrative support experience preferable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Professional-level fluency in Mandarin and English.
