Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Change Management Lead to spearhead and oversee transformation initiatives within a significant government digital modernization project. This position is crucial in ensuring that transformation efforts achieve their goals by enhancing employee engagement and utilization. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders, offering strategic guidance and supervising the implementation of change management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee benefits realization, including the development of benefits management frameworks and diagrams.
  • Formulate and execute change management strategies and plans for diverse projects.
  • Conduct workshops and impact evaluations to inform change planning and execution.
  • Mentor and coach team members and stakeholders to enhance change management proficiency.

Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive background in delivering digital initiatives and programs within a governmental framework.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) and Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP).
  • Demonstrated leadership in organizational change management within ICT/digital environments.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with the capacity to influence and guide senior leaders.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in overseeing external Business Transformation Partners.
  • Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities while delivering under tight deadlines.
  • Proven capability to mentor and guide project teams in change and benefits management.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills, focusing on strategic engagement.

Rate Cap:

  • $150 per hour including Super.
