Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent family violence and promote social change, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate project work plans, utilizing project management platforms to track progress and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide secretariat support to governance groups overseeing the design and implementation of programs promoting social change.
Requirements:
  • Alignment with Respect Victoria's values and Victorian Public Sector standards.
  • Relevant work experience and/or education in prevention of family violence, social change, and government operating environment.
  • Project delivery skills translating strategies into programs/projects achieving desired outcomes.
  • Stakeholder management expertise identifying issues and building partnerships.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities taking into account diverse perspectives.

The role involves working with various stakeholders, including community groups, not-for-profit organizations, government agencies, and other settings focused on preventing family violence and promoting social change.
