Digital Platform Operations Specialist

The role of a Digital Platform Support Analyst is an opportunity to contribute to the maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of consumer-facing digital applications.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first- and second-level support for digital platforms, including CMS, CRM, websites, and mobile applications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, manage incidents, and resolve application errors promptly.
- Liaise with third-party vendors and internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role supporting consumer-facing digital platforms.
- A strong foundation in technology with exposure to software development or website development.
- Experience with CRM and CMS tools.
- Exposure to integration tools or APIs.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data reporting tools.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our digital platforms.
- Work collaboratively with a talented team to deliver high-quality results.
