About the Role

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Practitioner to join our team in Lambton, NSW. As a Disability Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to individuals with disabilities in a group home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering Personalized Support: Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication administration.
  • Empowering Independence: Support clients to make their own choices and develop skills to increase their independence.
  • Community Engagement: Encourage clients to participate in community activities and build positive relationships with them.
  • Transportation: Transport clients using CPA's minivan, if applicable.
Requirements
  • Local Residency: Live locally to the Lambton area.
  • Experience: Prior experience in disability support is highly regarded.
  • Driver's License: Hold a current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
