Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our national office in Brisbane, Australia.

You will work closely with a dedicated team of Centre Directors and Operational Support Managers to ensure we have a proactive talent pipeline to efficiently recruit top talent and effectively resource our centres across the group.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include sourcing talented candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, facilitating feedback, assisting with decision-making processes, completing references, offer generation, onboarding and induction.

Requirements
  • A background in recruitment with at least 2-4 years of talent acquisition experience is essential. Alternatively, you could have a strong background in customer relationship management or Early Childhood Education and a desire to learn about recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation and influencing abilities are also required.
  • You should be commercially astute, a critical thinker, and a process-driven individual who can identify high-quality candidates and analyse their suitability.
