Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a scientific discipline – e.g., Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
  • Experience in a scientific setting or recruitment environment – you understand labs and love connecting with like-minded professionals.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to juggle tasks, prioritize, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
