Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced talent acquisition professional to fill a key role at our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to mobilisation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably in maintenance or mining and metals industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in fast-paced, blue-collar environments.
  • Previous experience in 360-degree recruitment roles, including advertising, interviewing, background checks, and mobilisation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a proactive approach to talent attraction, using effective channels to engage and nurture talent into the hiring line.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure exceptional communication and engagement.
  • Provide consistent best-practice approaches to the hiring process and ensure top candidate care.
  • Manage recruitment databases to the highest standard and create/optimise talent pools to align with future opportunities.
