Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned compliance professional to join our team as a Leading Compliance Specialist. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our growing superannuation business, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to regulatory requirements.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing incidents and complaints, maintaining procedures and protocols, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.

  • Conduct thorough incident management and complaint resolution processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date incident management and complaint resolution procedures and protocols.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues satisfactorily.
  • E nsure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on incidents and complaints.
Key Qualifications
  • RG146 General Advice in Superannuation certification.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working in the superannuation industry, specifically in fund administration.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry, including key legislation and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
