Restoration Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Professional to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member, you will be responsible for restoring sites to their original condition at assigned locations and in accordance with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct restoration tasks associated with the repair, removal or replacement of damage caused by fire, water, mould and other items.
  • Utilize equipment to facilitate restoration works.
  • Decontaminate and sterilize content items.
  • Maintain warehouse stock levels and assist with inventory management.
  • Direct and manage sub-contractors and temporary labour as needed.
  • Communicate with clients, loss adjusters, insurers and other stakeholders regarding job progress.
  • Perform site risk assessments.
  • Input job information into our database.
  • Participate in emergency response and claim surge events.
Requirements:
  • A qualification in Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) is highly advantageous but not essential.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to work across multiple sites in your region.
  • The ability to pass a Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
