
Inventory Control Specialist

We have a global network of facilities spanning multiple countries across the globe.
As an Inventory Control Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records.
You will work closely with our Inventory Manager to ensure that physical and virtual product inventories are up-to-date and accurate.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain inventory accuracy and other records.
- Investigate discrepancies and take corrective action.
- Locate product to ensure correct product ID, conduct cycle counts regularly and assist in physical inventories.
- Review stock numbers, pallet IDs, authorized substitutes, and other listed information with manuals, product lists, and similar references to verify accuracy of outbound orders.
- Review files to find unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products.
- Operate licensed and non-licensed material handling equipment (MHE), including scissor lift to 10m.
- Experience in operating inventory systems, procedures, and operational practices.
- Experience in planning and executing stocktakes.
- Experience in liaising with customers regarding inventory processes.
- Strong understanding and implementation of safety procedures, product safety, quality, and legality issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS)).
- Strong analytical skills.
