Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Part-time Production Coordinator in Canning Vale. This key role will ensure smooth operations within both the production environment and office.

You will be responsible for job preparation, inventory management, supplier coordination, and maintaining office supplies and kitchen stock.

This role is available on a school-hours basis (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM), making it perfect for someone looking for work-life balance while contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your days will be busy and varied, and will include:

  • Prepare Job Sheets and Drawings: Accurately enter job BOMs into the ERP system and order non-standard items.
  • Build Relationships with Suppliers: Secure competitive pricing and ensure timely deliveries from external suppliers.
  • Process Stock Transfers: Maintain accurate inventory records and process stock transfers as needed.
  • Send Dispatch Confirmations: Notify clients once jobs are completed and transport is arranged.
  • Replenish Office Supplies: Monitor and maintain a well-equipped workplace by replenishing office and kitchen supplies.
  • Welcome Visitors: Welcome visitors and stakeholders with professionalism, while also assisting with call handling when required.
