We are seeking a skilled Retail Consultant to join our team in a part-time capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial success through the sale of our premium skin care products.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will have experience operating within a customer service environment and be able to demonstrate effective selling skills to drive commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers into our spaces and provide them with an exceptional, inclusive customer experience
  • Demonstrate products that address customer needs and deliver on commercial targets
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment by utilising empathy and actively listening to customers
Requirements
  • Experience operating within a customer service role or environment
  • Effective selling skills and the ability to drive commercial outcomes
  • History of successfully participating in and contributing to a team
  • Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships
