Certification Program Lead

We are seeking an experienced Certification Program Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of our global certification program.

  • Develop a comprehensive learning framework encompassing foundational through advanced skills.
  • Collaborate with training specialists, sales teams, and product experts to create fair and credible competency standards.
  • Oversee the entire certification lifecycle – from registration and testing through to issuing certifications and managing fee structures.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of the program across resellers, enterprises, universities, and industry bodies.
  • Continuously refine certification standards based on feedback, research, and industry trends.
About You

You have a proven track record in certification, training, or skills assessment, preferably in software or technology.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Education, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Experience developing both theoretical and practical assessments.
  • Excellent organisational, quality assurance, and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
  • A strong understanding of the mining sector is desirable.
