Job Title: Control Room Supervisor

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Control Room Supervisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV cameras and alarms, identifying incidents, and escalating them to the relevant security members.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring CCTV cameras & alarms, identifying incidents, and escalating them accordingly to the relevant security members.
  2. Responding to emergencies, initiating appropriate response procedures, notifying the appropriate authorities as required, and directing the emergency response teams.
  3. Maintaining high-level communication with the security team at all times.
  4. Ensuring thorough and accurate record-keeping in relation to all incidents.
  5. Conducting investigations into security breaches and monitoring activities of interest.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as a Control Room Supervisor or Monitoring Centre Supervisor.
  • NSW Security License (1AE).
  • Nationally Recognised First Aid & CPR.
  • NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
  • NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
