Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising and upholding the standards for Tailor Room.
- Helping with training programs.
- Consistent work environment everyday.
- Quality checking for ingredients.
- Be apart of menu design and creation.
- Creating an atmosphere for the guests and for team members.
- Strong cocktail knowledge - We highly focus on classic cocktails.
- Intimidate spirit knowledge.
- Ensure guest experience standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Follow all safety and health regulations

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation techniques
- Strong attention to detail
