Assistant Facilities Manager

This role presents an opportunity to leverage operational expertise and drive infrastructure management excellence. As Assistant Facilities Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Facilities Manager to oversee centre operations, ensuring life safety, regulatory compliance, efficiency, and innovation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Spearheading the delivery of best-in-class facilities services in line with centre team needs.
  • Tenancy coordination – working with contract partners and shop fitters to ensure compliance and successful project execution.
  • Leadership – guiding and developing our Facilities Co-ordinators.
  • Effectively managing contract partners for asset maintenance, repair, and capital works, ensuring timely and budget-aligned completion.
  • Developing asset life cycle plans for the centre.
  • Responding promptly to emergency, evacuation, or other incidents within the centre.

The full-time role includes duty management responsibilities, requiring occasional weekend shifts on a roster basis, balanced with a day off in lieu.
