  • Drive measurable uplift in operational maturity, metrics and incident handling
  • Champion a flexible, resilient and forward-thinking security culture

  • Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach and influence at all levels.
  • Technical expertise across cloud, infrastructure, network, and application security domains.
  • A strategic mindset and commercial acumen, with ability to translate risk into business impact.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, transformation, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Deep knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or CIS Controls.
