**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Leader to join our team. As a key member of our security operations, you will play a critical role in securing our infrastructure and ensuring the uptime, reliability, and effectiveness of our IT security systems.

About the Role:

The Cyber Security Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of IT security systems, coordinating coverage of critical services, leading response to new security threats, incident response, and investigation of possible breaches.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain cyber policies, incident response playbooks, and security frameworks.
  • Advise stakeholders and conduct training to elevate cyber awareness across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with IT, Risk, and Compliance to strengthen our first line of cyber defence.
  • Work as part of a global team delivering a global strategic cyber security posture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in cyber or information security, ideally in financial services or insurance.
  • Hands-on expertise with SIEM, EDR, incident response, vulnerability management, and cloud security.
  • Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
  • Strong communication skills: able to advise, train, influence, and articulate risk to diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management capabilities.
