The ideal candidate will lead our cyber security operations, balancing strategic direction with hands-on involvement in critical situations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a high-performing Security Operations Team to ensure the delivery of top-notch cyber security services.
- Implement and continuously improve the Information Security Management Framework to meet business requirements.
- Scope, plan, and execute complex security programs and initiatives that drive business growth.
- Oversee responses to audits, compliance checks, and incident triage to ensure alignment with organisational risk and compliance policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align organisational risk and compliance with policies and frameworks.
- 7+ years of experience in leading cyber security teams and developing comprehensive security strategies.
- Proven track record of managing SOC teams and driving security initiatives.
- Expert knowledge of security standards, compliance, and regulatory frameworks, including relevant certifications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
