Strategic Planning and Regulation Leader

This pivotal role is responsible for managing multiple functions within a directorate, working strategically to align operations with priorities and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert leadership across a broad portfolio, including statutory planning, building certification, regulatory services, administration, and project planning and delivery.
  • Contribute to a collaborative leadership group committed to driving innovation, agility, and measurable outcomes for the community.
Requirements
  • Degree in Urban and Regional Planning or related discipline AND / OR Building Certification (Unrestricted or Restricted).
  • Contemporary experience in a similar role; or substantial contemporary experience in a similar role, coupled with ongoing professional development to support knowledge.
