Senior Credit Solutions Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Credit Solutions Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for originating, structuring and executing bespoke credit solutions for a broad range of clients across the globe.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities and proven experience in leading syndication processes and managing client relationships. Knowledge of US market dynamics is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Originate, structure and execute bespoke credit solutions for corporate, NBFIs, insurance companies, asset managers, and private equity funds.
  2. Provide product focus on RMBS, ABS, and alternative credit via bond solutions.
  3. Drive investor engagement and successful execution of structured bespoke credit solutions.
  4. Lead or contribute to syndication processes and manage client relationships effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualified with demonstrated relevant product experience across global capital markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven execution experience in public markets; ideally exposure to the investor community.
  • Experience leading syndication processes and managing client relationships.
  • 7–10+ years of relevant experience in global markets in a similar alternative credit structuring and execution role.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and execution skills; working knowledge of US market dynamics is advantageous.
