Senior Structurer

\

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structurer to join our team. As a Senior Structurer, you will be responsible for structuring, repackaging and distributing alternative credit and securitised products.

Key responsibilities will include:

\
  • \
  • Supporting the origination function through structuring, repackaging and distribution of alternative credit and securitised products;\
  • Providing bespoke credit solutions to a broad range of clients, including corporations, non-bank financial institutions, insurance companies, asset managers and private equity funds;\
  • Driving investor engagement and successful execution of structured bespoke credit solutions;\
  • Leveraging knowledge of US market dynamics to drive business growth.\
  • Qualifications and Experience:\
    • \
    • Tertiary qualified with demonstrated relevant product experience across global capital markets;\
    • Strong analytical skills and proven execution experience in public markets;\
    • Experience leading syndication processes and managing client relationships;\
    • 7-10+ years of relevant experience in global markets in a similar alternative credit structuring and execution role.\
    • Excellent communication, analytical and execution skills; working knowledge of US market dynamics is advantageous;\
