Responsibilities

  • Originating and executing investment opportunities: Engage early with relevant parties (e.g., financial sponsors / company management teams) to develop and refine investment theses; Participate in structuring, negotiating and documenting investments
  • Due diligence and execution: Engage in all aspects of due diligence (financial, legal, commercial, technical, ESG) and business analysis to develop and refine investment theses; Participate in structuring, negotiating and documenting investments
  • Communicate and defend investment theses to internal stakeholders and committees, including the Private Credit Investment Committee
  • Investment monitoring & exits: Actively monitor existing investments in the portfolio, including serving as observer on company boards and having regular dialogue with management teams and shareholders

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or leverage finance and private credit roles
  • Strong academic record with Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Management, Business Studies, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline from a distinguished academic institution
  • Strong quantitative, financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills
