About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Finance Assistant to join our Centre Management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing rental arrears collection process, assisting with day-to-day centre rent collections, and completing monthly rent roll process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collect and process rent from tenants in a timely manner.
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Reconcile and bank gift card takings and complete petty cash reconciliations.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in accounts or finance, preferably in retail shopping centre environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly developed organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance or administration, or equivalent experience.
