Your role in this position will involve supporting the financial performance and smooth operations of a major property asset.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing cash flow and arrears collection to achieve business targets
  • Issuing retailer notices, purchase orders, and supporting reporting requirements
  • Acting as the first point of contact for retailer and stakeholder enquiries
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with retailers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and reporting requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Prior administration or debt collection experience (property highly regarded but not a necessity)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to manage tenancy rents and financial data with accuracy
  • High competency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills
