Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our Recruitment team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

This role will provide coordination and administration support for recruitment activities, including referee screenings, compliance coordination, and interview coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a fast-paced workload and ensuring that all tasks are completed with high attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an HR/Recruitment environment, possess strong organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Additionally, the ability to work collaboratively with experienced team members and provide high-level support to the Recruitment team is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment activities and administrative tasks
  • Manage referee screenings, compliance coordination, and interview coordination
  • Provide high-level support and coordination to the Recruitment team

Requirements:

  • Administration/HR qualification or experience working in an HR/Recruitment environment
  • Passion for and interest in a career in HR / Recruitment
  • Experience working in administration, HR work, and recruitment
  • Skills with Microsoft Office programs and HRIS or Recruitment system (desirable)
  • High level of ability to manage fast-paced workload, strong organisational skills, and accurate attention to detail
  • Current and unrestricted driver's license, preferably with access to own vehicle
  • Supply a Working with Children Check for an Employee
  • Cleared NDIS screening check prior to commencement
