**How you'll make an impact**
Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, you will be a passionate Recruitment Advisor with demonstrated experience in end-to-end high-volume recruitment.
As a Recruitment Advisor, some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure all recruitment is, in line with CareChoice policies and procedure and legislative requirements.
- Scheduling and conducting comprehensive interviews, reference checks and all relevant probity checks as required.
**About you**
You will be self-motivated, an excellent team player, a positive role-model with a 'can do' attitude, amiable, honest, with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience in a recruiting high volumes within the Health Care sector or similar is highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related is advantageous.
- A thorough knowledge or industry experience, including NDIS, DHHS, and relevant legislative requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including negotiation and problem-solving skills).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and relationship management skills, coupled with a strong desire and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.
- A demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and work unsupervised.
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment including the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Highly developed PC Literacy and Administration skills.
- Business acumen skills.
