Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for partnering with leaders throughout their portfolio to oversee and provide guidance, expertise, and support in relation to recruitment of current and upcoming business needs.

This is a varied role that mixes the opportunity to partner with various businesses and deliver end-to-end recruitment. Suitable to someone with 2+ years of Recruitment, Attraction and Retention experience gained in either internal or agency environments, ready to take the next step in their career.

About the role:

  • Partner with stakeholders for both volume and bespoke recruitment requirements
  • Bring fresh thinking and ideas to recruitment challenges, with a continuous improvement focus
  • Manage recruitment for a portfolio of clients
  • Ensure all documentation regarding new employees, internal transfers, contract variations and contract extensions are administered meeting employment and timeframe requirements
  • Proactively use own networks, channels, and platforms such as LinkedIn to identify and approach potential genU employees
  • Educate and coach managers in selection techniques and create functional user guides and toolkits to support selection decisions

About you:

  • Experience across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from an internal or agency background
  • Ability to manage required admin, compliance and reporting tasks including onboarding of new starters
  • Capacity to thrive in a team-based environment
  • Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Worker Orientation Module or willingness to obtain
  • Hold a valid Australian driver's licence as some site visits are required
